The vision of one family has culminated in a privately owned and operated funeral facility located at 295 New Highway 7 North in Oxford, MS. From an area of undeveloped land, we have created a modern final needs care center to serve all the residents of the region. The many days and hours of research and planning that we have put into developing Coleman Funeral Home, and its divisions, stems from a deep desire to serve everyone with a commitment to compassion that is unsurpassed. The Coleman family has lived in Lafayette County since the 1800's. Consequently, our pledge is to continue to be a good neighbor to everyone. This pledge, in no small part, will allow us to be "the sensitive alternative".

Coleman Funeral Home is a full service funeral provider and offers a variety of services to the community. The Garden of Memories is a perpetual care cemetery located on the grounds adjacent to Coleman Funeral Home. C & C Monuments offers a wide selection of granite memorials. Magnolia Crematory is an on-site cremation facility. Pet Rest Garden provides a separate facility for pet cremations and burials.

Our professional affiliations include, but are not limited to, the National Funeral Directors Association. Such organizations provide much of the current information that is needed to remain up to date in the funeral industry.
