Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford Brooke McCullar Raymond, 28, passed away Friday, November 23, 2007, at her residence near Oxford, MS. Mrs. Raymond had lived in the Oxford area her entire life. She was a devoted mother who enjoyed helping her children with various school tasks. Known for her artistic abilities, cooking skills, and good humor, she did clerical and sales work at the Cedar Bucket. Mrs. Raymond was a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church. Visitation will be Monday, November 26, 2007, from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 26, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in the Coleman Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Lipe officiating. Interment will be in the Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery, which is located on Hwy. 6 West between Oxford and Batesville. Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include her husband, Vernon Raymond of Lambert, MS; her parents, Grady Lee McCullar, Jr. of Batesville, MS and Charlotte Still of Oxford, MS; three sons, Benjamin Raymond, Cody Raymond, and Hunter Raymond, all of Oxford, MS; her grandparents, Mary & Brooks McPhail of Oxford, MS and Faye McCullar of Batesville, MS; her mother-in-law, Sandy Pruitt of Lambert, MS; three brothers, Grady Lee McCullar III of Abbeville, MS, J.J. Piotrowski of Oxford, MS, Jonathan McCullar of Batesville, MS; one sister, Brittney McCullar of Batesville, MS. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clear Creek Baptist Church, 50 CR 313, Oxford, MS 38655.
