Charla Kay O'Donnell

November 27, 1944 - January 26, 2022

Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford Charla Kay O’Donnell, 77, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022, in Oxford, MS. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at Yellow Leaf Cemetery in Oxford, MS. Rev. Mike Vanderlip will officiate. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements. Kay was born to the late Kenneth and Kathrine Knight. She was married to the late Thomas O’Donnell. Kay was described by her family for being a loving soul who had the utmost love for her children and grandbabies. She was remembered for her jokes and constant laughter along with her caring personality towards others. She leaves behind the legacy of living life to the fullest and enjoying every moment of it. Kay will be dearly missed by all those who loved and cherished her. Kay is survived by her children, Brandon, Scott (Sonya), and Lori Kay (Timmy Gray) O’Donnell, of Oxford, MS; her grandchildren, Kayla O’Donnell (Shaun) Henderson, Natalie (Nathan) Hardin, Kennedy (Chris) Walters, Michael Levy, and Hannah Grace Purdy; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Thomas Loesch, Hudson Alexander Loesch, Walker Hayes Onsby, and Jaxson Daniel Onsby. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas O’Donnell; her daughter, Deana Levy; her parents, Kenneth and Kathrine Knight; and her brothers, Kevin “Sarge” Knight and Kennon Knight.
