Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford Gay Diane Bell, age 64, of Holly Springs, MS, died at her home on Friday, February 13, 2009. Born in Holly Springs, MS, Mrs. Bell had lived there her entire life except for a period of 12 years when she and her family resided in Laurel, MS. A homemaker who enjoyed time with her friends and family, Mrs. Bell was also a member of the Byhalia United Methodist Church in Byhalia, MS. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 15, 2009, 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at The Flame located at Byhalia United Methodist Church, 2511 Church Street, Byhalia, MS. A memorial service there will follow immediately at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Jim Biedenharn officiating. Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include her husband, James A. Bell of Holly Springs, MS; two daughters, Lisa O’Dell Hickman of Holly Springs, MS and Teresa Bell Vannelli of Olive Branch, MS; two sons, Jimmy Bell of Slidell, LA and Dennis Bell of New Albany, MS; two sisters, Barbara Rikard of Victoria, MS and Vera Curl of Munford, TN; 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her parents, Sowell and Louise Boren and one brother, Mark Boren. Memorials may be made to The Flame at Byhalia United Methodist Church, P.O.
