Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford Keith Knighton, 47, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022, in Oxford, MS. A visitation will be held Friday, May 13, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a memorial service immediately following all at Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford. Bro. Virgil Nelson will officiate. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements. Keith is described by his family as being a kind hearted person with a spontaneous personality. His family remembers his ability to live life to the fullest and never let any moment become dull. He enjoyed the days that were spent outdoors fishing and camping. He will be remembered for his enjoyment of telling stories that his family will now cherish forever. Keith will be missed by all those who knew and loved him within his time spent here with us. He is survived by his father, Rodney (Dell) Knighton, of Water Valley, MS; his sister, April (Chris) Knighton, of Water Valley; his nephews, Joshua “JC” Knighton, Julian Burchett, and Justin Burchett; and his uncles, Lawrence (Wanda Ann) Knighton, Johnny (Denise) Knighton, and Carl Knighton.
