Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch Matthew Thomas Hutchins, 24, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with a service to follow at 10:00 a.m. at New Life Community Church, 7197 Craft Road, Olive Branch, MS. Interment at Autumn Woods Memorial Park, 6240 Davidson Road, Olive Branch, MS. Matthew was born on October 27, 1997 in Germantown, TN. Matthew enjoyed competitive swimming, recreational baseball and basketball at the church. He was an avid game player and reader. Matthew was recently promoted to Team Leader at Fed Ex. He was a 2015 graduate of Olive Branch High School. Matthew collected rare/mint condition NES and SNES Games. He also collected uncommon/rare Magic cards or first edition cards. Matthew loved finding limited edition items that aren't available anymore - like a one of a kind controllers. He will be missed by his family and his many close friends. Matthew is survived by his parents, Regina Michele Hutchins and Michael Thomas Hutchins of Olive Branch, MS; brother-in-law Joshua Roberson and sister, Rebekah Roberson of Clinton, KY; sister, Naomi Hutchins; brother, Peter Hutchins of Olive Branch; grandparents, Helen and Tommy Hutchins of Olive Branch, Ruth and David Horne of Arlington, TN, Laurie and Fred Steward of Germantown, TN; aunts, Tammy Touchstone of Memphis, TN, Kathy Steward of Olive Branch; uncles, Jason Hutchins (Lisa) of Olive Branch and Fred Steward, JR of Winslow, AR; a host of cousins and many dear friends.
