Robert Lester Creekmore Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch Robert Lester Creekmore, 74, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service starting at 11:00 a.m. at Getwell Church (7875 Getwell Road, Southaven, MS) Interment will be at Michie Cemetery in Michie, TN. Pastor Jonathan Wallace and Bro. Bill Beavers will officiate. Robert was born on June 20, 1947 in Cleveland, MS. He was a member of Getwell Church in Southaven and the NRA Gun Club of Como, MS. Robert was a volunteer firefighter and EMT for the City of Horn Lake for several years. He served his country in the United States Air Force for four years and the Air Force National Guard for many years. Robert is survived by his wife of 50 years, Norma Qualls Creekmore; son, Sidney Creekmore (Karen Hannah) of Horn Lake, Marcus Creekmore (Christy) of Southaven, MS, Paul Creekmore (Crystal) of Holly Springs, MS; eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; brother, David Creekmore (Maria) Chaparral, NM; sister, Peggy Creekmore of Tulsa, OK and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille Jeanette Campbell and Thomas Lester Creekmore. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in honor of Robert Lester Creekmore to Getwell Church Missions Fund. (www.getwellchurch.org) In honor of Robert Lester Creekmore's service so our country, the flag of the United States Air Force will be flown at Coleman Funeral Home the day of the service.
