Vickie was born on September 3, 1949 in Hartford City, IN. She loved to do crossword puzzles and enjoyed watching movies, crocheting, and making blankets for her family and friends. She was also an avid reader. Vickie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Vickie is survived by her sons, Evan Stone (Jeannette) of Brevard, NC, Eric Stone (Sabrina) of Woodruff, SC; daughters, Cassandra Capps (Donny) of Eckerty, IN, Rebecca Geringswald (James) of Olive Branch, MS; grandsons, Evan and Ryan Stone of Zirconia, NC, and Joel Ethan Stone of Rutherfordton, NC; granddaughters, Ericka Stone of Rutherfordton, NC, Katelyn Geringswald of Oxford, MS and Emily Geringswald of Olive Branch, MS; and sister-in-law’s she was very close with, Judy Gier (Paul) of Lakeland, FL, Eva Pearce of Calhoun, GA and Kathy Stone of Gainesville, GA. Vickie was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Stone; parents, Florence and Charles Cook; sister, Betsy Cook; brothers, Mike and Jim Cook; and grandson, Matthew Stone.
